April snow storm

So what the heck do I do in Wisconsin in the beginning of April when the forecast for Friday is 12-18 inches of snow? Instead of incessant complaining about the weather (I mean why bother since I choose to live here), I decided to get a few venison roasts out of the freezer and grind them for jerky. At least it's an inside job and I can smell the smokey aroma as I am adding products to my website. Hopefully we will be launching before the end of the month just in time for spring fishing as long as the 30 inches or so of ice has melted...insert sarcasm here.
